DirectX 11 has more stable frame times than DirectX 12 for RX 6600 XT. But fps can drop a lot due to poor CPU utilization in some scenes when using DX 11. You can see it here: 1:10. However, DX 12 does not experience this problem: 3:54. Nevertheless, even DX 11 does not completely save from the technical problems of the game: stutters and friezes. Mostly occur during the loading of levels, script moments and shader cache generation.
