In this video I upgrade an old Dell Optiplex for very little money. I got this Optiplex for only $25. I add an SSD, 16GB RAM, and a Radeon HD 8570. All for a total of $83!

I test some PC gaming and emulation to see what kind of performance we can get. If you want me to test anything else out on this PC let me know in the comments. I may do another video with a better low profile graphics card in the future.
