Child support was never designed for children, needy families, or to help in any way to keep the nuclear family together. There are LAWS (NOT CONSPIRACY THEORIES OR BITTER WAR STORIES) , real laws put in place that when you actually read and comprehend these laws as they pertain to child support cases you will come to the conclusions given in the video. I encourage every skeptic, or naysayer to show HOW CHILD SUPPORT HELPS FAMILIES (not struggling mothers pay their bills but FAMILIES TO PROGRESS) grow. With LAWS not opinions or war stories. This isnt a debate or an opinion this is an observation and conclusion that can be drawn by simply reading and comprehending the "STRUCTURES" of these laws which will lead anyone who can understand words on paper, can see how CHILD SUPPORT as a law helps EVERYONE (WITHIN THE LAW) except the child. In a nuttless shell, A father is labeled "DEADBEAT" in a court of law because HE IS NOT PROVIDING FOR HIS KID(S) ...meaning MONEY...and yet the SAME COURT or states..etc.."TAKE" (yes TAKE) money from the very mother and child they are accusing HIM of abandoning. So the court will PUNISH the father financially and often imprison them for the said reason of "NOT" providing, yet have NO PROBLEM TAKING MONEY from mothers whose purpose in court in the 1st place is to GET MONEY for her kid(s). How then is the FATHER A DEADBEAT for not (being able to) providing for his child but ITS PERFECTLY OKAY WITH EVERYONE and the very lawmakers who make the law to "TAKE" from the same mothers petitioning for child support by way of deducting a very high percentage of her child support payments AND NOT TELLING THE MOTHER (yes ladies u are supposed to be getting more than u are getting but the court is taking a chunk and giving you the rest) know about it? What makes the COURTS AND LAWMAKERS any less a DEADBEAT than the very fathers they ACCUSE of being deadbeats? In the end, THE LAW does not care about YOU, YOUR CHILD, YOUR CHILDREN, OR THEIR FATHER(S). They only care about the deficit and ways to KEEP MORE MONEY for themselves and give YOU as less as possible without having your case be brought to supreme court for violating your rights as an American citizen. There is a THRESHOLD that the government can push their limits to before you as a citizen can fight back and WIN, but when you are NOT educated on the law u will inevitably fall into the TRAP of the law and the cycle will continue. KNOW THE LAW before you get the LAW involved in your family home, no matter how BITTER or dysfunctional your circumstances are with the father of your child. Your REFUSAL to inform yourself can potentially harm your child's future or the relationship with their father as KIDS GROW UP and ask questions and you can only LIE to them for so long before they disown you entirely as a parent. Just remember, the children will always form their own opinions about their parents no amount of manipulation is absolute..times are changing and information is more easily accessible where if your child DOES come into this information YOU the mother will have to explain your reasons for assisting and distancing the child from the father. THE LAW IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE..THE LAW IS ON THE SIDE OF THE MONEY...never forget that as u walk into ANY COURT ROOM for ANY reason.. MONEY is being made wether u can see it or not and 98% of the time YOU are not receiving your just due as far as money. LADIES..STOP putting your trust in the court and PUT YOUR TRUST in your own ability to make shit happen.

~WOMEN DID NOT WRITE THE LAW, BUT WOMEN DO NOT HAVE TO EXPLOIT IT EITHER. Everything comes full circle and the price you pay for AN EASY LIFE is more expensive than any material item you purchase as a woman~
