9:37 The Secondary abilities (range/move/luck) require 2 upgrades to go up 1 level, that's why they have 2 squares so that when you spend 1 upgrade you advance one square but you are still in the same stat range you were before, when you upgrade that ability a second time the stat increases... so, in this case, Richard's range would still be at one but one step closer to 2.
This goof will be repeated, no more notes will be made about it
