RC-829 is a centipede-like entity. Similar to Whispering Wyrm. But it has the body of a centipede and the head of a woman. Seeing as the woman is smiling, it was likely that she was an ARC worker who ended up in the The Playrooms, got nostalgic of how much it looked like an indoor playground only for ARC-829 to stab its pincer through her neck, ripped her head off and wore it on it's head to trick prey into thinking it can see and hear.
