Have you ever wondered what me, Ricky Gervais and Charlie Brooker have in common? Answer in the comments below. More seriously, the patrons decided that instead of talking about universalism and means testing I should talk about comedians and their tendency to fall into conservative politics. So here it is.

I start out by trying to establish the specific people I mean, because hashtag not all comedians I guess, but also because in the course of reading/watching material I realised that there's a particular group who seem to have a lot of things in common. So I went looking at the British ones to see what I could find and it turns out it's a lot of the same stuff we talk about in every video.
