The Dark Project Unpatched Iron Mode - A Keeper's Training
1We have made it to the first level of the game again! Note that this is the unpatched version of The Dark Project, version 1.14, and that all videos without the word "Unpatched" shall refer to version 1.33. This version, as seen by the video, is not at all ideal for recording but does manage to get the few key points in that I wanted to show.
As we have already played a slightly later version of this map in the demo (version 1.21 or something to that effect), this version might seem slightly redundant. While all the stuff that we saw in that playthrough remains true here, we do get some further differences. A painting exists in the first room that was removed in all subsequent versions, as does two statues in the final room. The oddest difference is the addition of a Zombie head, with which we can throw it around into the hoops, something that would have been nice in the demo, the 1.33 release, or Thief Gold even if it does not make much sense for the Keepers to have it.
