The Day Of The Lord πππ₯
7Hey everyone, here I read out of 2 Peter about the day of the Lord's return, as usual I add my own input to the passages first (unique insights π€, ahem) and then read it through without interrupting.
The old world was done away with by water, that burst out from under the ocean and came down from the sky, but next time it will be extreme heat.
I always guessed asteroids from out of space myself, but let's not get ahead of ourselves, this is the day of the Lord's return, and will be terrifying for all those around then.
So, in the meantime, as Christians we should be sober minded, always aiming to emulate Jesus and his ways, he set the ultimate example for all of us to follow.
So let's not go with the flow of this system of things, and strive to love and forgive one another while there's still time, God is not slow in returning like we may think...
Rather, he's giving mankind as much time to repent and get right with him as possible, before his return, Amen.
*God exists outside of time and our physical reality, so he's not slow, he does things in his own way at his own time.*
