I realized recently that there's not a lot out there in terms of arcade racing games it seems as though many developers are pushing towards making racing games feel more like a sim. I miss the good ol days where you could get a controller and enjoy a game now it feels like you need a sim rig just to enjoy most of them.

Need for speed MW 2012 was more burnout than it was NFS. It felt like Criterion took out all the things that made Most Wanted great and added in a bunch of things that didn't. But despite Need for speed Most wanted 2012 flaws, I found myself always craving one more race because I often found myself being side-tracked by a billboard spotted in the distance, or headlights while driving through an alley.
