Hello all, here I talk about how pursuing pleasure will not bring long term happiness, and chat about the difference between the two.
We are living in a world that's greedy, and hordes, and goes after a certain lifestyle in this consumerist society we are living in.
A world that goes after material things, and indulges in nice food and drink, we as Christians should not be living our lives this way 🤔.

I hope I have given something for everyone to reflect on, I didn't mention drugs and binge drinking, but that's a part of the problem (temporary escapism), instead of getting to the core of the problem.
Pleasures are fleeting, so let's be sober minded and concentrate on what really matters in life, God, love and putting others first.
Addictions and pursuing pleasure will only bring about emptiness, let's go to God and seek out his wisdom.
