Now that we got 100% proof that The Lich was in fact in a deep state of depression, I wanted to talk about why I thought this was a brilliant decision by the writers and how this makes The Lich more interesting than ever. It also cements in my mind that there truly is no main villain of Adventure Time and every character is simply someone living within the world, which I love sooooo much.
The Adventure Time spinoff / sequel series, Fionna and Cake has been a masterpiece for weeks now, so I'm gushing about it.
