The book was written to give marketers the tools they need to reinvent their marketing function and business practices and to help businesses learn to adapt to a customer-centric era. It teaches specific techniques for engaging customers effectively through technology.
Larry Weber is an entrepreneur and globally known expert in public relations and marketing services. He is Chairman and CEO of Racepoint Global, an advanced marketing services agency. He co-founded the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX), the world’s largest Internet marketing association, and acts as Executive Chairman of the MITX Board of Directors. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Pegasystems and on the Executive Committee of the Council on Competitiveness, a non-governmental organization working to ensure U.S. economic prosperity.
He is the author of five books on marketing, technology and leadership.
