In this video I have a few clips to show you of this game and some of the bugs players are facing regarding Aaron Keener and the hardcore mode for the game which is still in "beta" to this day. It's unbelievable how support states that they can't do anything for your game or your character if you die to something stupid. It's their game and if you have proof you died because of a mistake they made with the coding of the game they should have the tools to give you your player back.
