The second and, sadly, final part of my guide to character builds in the Division. The first part looked at skills, talents and perks in the game. What they are. How they impact your character. Whats passive and whats activated (very little). You can find part one in the link below:

This second part looks at the primary character statistics of Firearms, Stamina and Electronics. Each will affect specific attributes on your character. Having said that my advice to any prospect end-game player in the current game is to focus solely on Firearms and Stamina for anything beyond Hard difficulty level unless you plan on a pure healer healer build. In my opinion skills are massively underpowered for end game challenge mode in their current form.

I had planned a large series based on the game and crafting of a variety of builds but the lack of end game content beyond repetitive instance farming, the broken promise that was the original game (or how it was marketed) and the utter lack of further content in the upcoming free DLC, Incursion, has prompted me to look for an alternate game to focus on. Whilst I appreciate this sort of repetitive farming for loot appeals to many players its not something I consider to be "content". Especially when DLC's are little more than another difficulty level and one additional instance (free or not). Lets just keep upping the difficulty and scaling the loot to match for the next few years!?! no thanks. very sad as I have been looking forward to this game playing in closed and open beta!
