The versions tested were 1.0.620.929 for Xbox One X and 1.19 for PS4 Pro. Both consoles were tested using the default video options except for chromatic aberration which was disabled.
The Division on PS4 Pro uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest native pixel count found being approximately 2432x1368 and the highest native pixel count found being 3840x2160. A native resolution of 3840x2160 on PS4 Pro appears to be rare. The average native resolution on PS4 Pro seems to be close to 2880x1620. The PS4 Pro does downsample when outputting at 1080p.
The Division on Xbox One X uses a dynamic resolution with the lowest native pixel count found being approximately 3290x1850 and the highest native pixel count found being 3840x2160. A native resolution of 3840x2160 appears to be the most common resolution on Xbox One X.
Both versions use a temporal reconstruction technique that improves the resolution using previous frames.
The PS4 Pro can often experience a noticeable drop in frame rate when closing the map screen https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kKgFJvitFSppdbxzzesbBWO5EXTKtu1Q/view?usp=sharing This doesn't happen to the same extent on Xbox One X https://drive.google.com/file/d/13rMAu_1VXGjxKCD7uw0JV5J00X0fh5f7/view?usp=sharing
Both versions can also experience performance issues while viewing the map

Edit: Here is a screenshot that shows the temporal reconstruction in action on Xbox One X. Note that the native resolution here is not representative of how the game normally performs because the Xbox Guide was activated which triggered the dynamic resolution. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Dc5ebjBOZImWuburA-60ZLwSKzbAXiMW/view?usp=sharing
