The DTCC is preparing for MOASS losses by creating a plan to 'recover' or 'wind down' the entire DTCC! If the DTCC/FICC/NSCC takes on a heavy loss due to a credit event, margin calls or other losses, they've created a plan to wind down the agencies!
MULN has also filed an appeal as the NASDAQ has issued a de-listing notice to them as their share price is below $1 per share. If AMC hadn't performed it's reverse split it also would've received the same delisting notice.
