Based on current unemployment levels, stimulus packages expiring, furlough scheme expiration or possible extension and further lockdown measures being introduced around the world, it appears that many millions of people could be on their way to losing their jobs.
This could lead people into facing forclosure, eviction and mortgage defaults which would have a huge impact on property/real estate prices and the wider economy of both the US and the UK.
