My first True Ending run! We've switched to using in-game time so that is the official run time, though real time was slightly longer since in-game time doesn't account for screen transitions.

This run is obviously very sloppy and has loads of room for improvement just from not dying a million times alone. True ending requires accessing and completing the final area, which has an entry cost of 450 tumors - the amount you get from getting all collectible tumors. Usually you'd get and complete carts which gives you bonus tumors, the surplus of which beyond the normal 450 cap acts as your lives for the final area. In this route though, I collect no carts and do the final area with no bonus tumors and 1 life.
