Steven is a lecturer at the University Center for Human Values and an ethics advisor to the Responsible A.I. Institute at Princeton University. His latest research focuses on the nature of today’s tech firms and their potential for ethical action and the role of social responsibility in tech corporations. At Princeton, Steven leads the GradFutures initiative on Ethics of AI for the Graduate School, to encourage Ph.D. candidates to apply their disciplinary expertise in the field of tech ethics.
