Download the mod from link below (obviously choose latest version and correctly resolution for your monitor)

Unzip the downloaded file and run the .exe file. You will likely get a warning from your virus scanner. I personally trust the source so am happy to bypass the warning but at the end of the day it's your PC so your choice

Once the .exe is running all you need to do is start playing the game and hit F1 once in to apply the fix. Run it every time you play.
