Move the files into you Max Payne 2 Steam folder (location of this file usually Steam\SteamApps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne)

HUD Fix Mod:
Go to game download folder in steam (usually Steam\SteamApps\common\Max Payne 2 The Fall of Max Payne)

Find the Scripts folder

Open it and open the MaxPayne2.WidescreenFix.ini in notepad

Make WidescreenHudOffset = 240.0 (or whatever value you want)

Then save the file and close it and off you go and play!
