2Grenades only run, Best to make an extra save file at the start of the chapter then play and kill and collect whatever you need taking your time then save your good game then go back load up the extra file then have a quick run through the level using only grenades, melee and burning matches without firing off any shots from guns and weapons. Tho if you do not have any grenades you can lure the enemies out into the big room like in other trophy videos.
