This boss fight with Sebastian becomes available in new game plus. It's not that hard fight but Sebastian can still kill you in 3-4 magnum shots. From time to time he will use his crossbow to place some mines. You can disarm them by getting close and moving away before they explode. If you are close to him for to long he will try to punch you with brass knuckles and this attack deals massive damage. Fortunately it's fairly easy to dodge.
