Didn't think I'd see another game in the franchise after the third game, but Just Cause 4 came out anyways. And it even hints towards there almost certainly being a finale delivered via a fifth game or an expansion. It brought with it a number of changes - big and small, for better and for worse. The 35% "Mostly Negative" rating on Steam is something I never thought I'd see attributed to a Just Cause game of all things.

What features did it bring to the table, and where did it go so wrong?
