Hokutomaru is a student of the Shiranui styled martial arts, made famous by Mai Shiranui and Andy Bogard, and he is your final base roster character for Fatal Fury City of the Wolves. He's evolved and grown, in the very literal sense as well as he's a teenager now instead of a young boy in cotw and got a few new tricks so lets get into everything Hokutomaru, including some ancient mysteries about stages finally solved! Also I got nowhere to put this cause the vid is already made but they basically confirmed right now on stream that just about every single fatal fury character will eventually be dlc.
