I use LS-3303 (available to buy at the start), which can easily be bought if you just sold all your arm and back weapon just for this mission. Time it at around ~35 seconds.

Booster and Generator use endgame one, tho, but I don't think it will make that much difference using this method, since you have to wait for the guy to stuck anyway. If you can one-shot the guy without waiting for him to get stuck, you could achieve 15 seconds clear time.

Prototype MT Test (CHAOS 0.8)
Destroy "Justice"
Destroy Plus Escapee
AC Battle (1v2)
AC Battle (vs Red AC, if you fail Guard Freight Train) *this might be the SHORTEST one*
Terrorist Pursuit

I choose Terrorist Pursuit because it's the most "fun" one.
