This For record I rate each scenario as follows:

A New Home: A Tier
The Arks: C Tier
The Refugees: B Tier
Fall of Winterhome: B Tier
The Last Autumn: S Tier
On the Edge: S Tier

I can only hope the amazing game mode of the ones in S tier are foundations for Frostpunk 2. They were really amazing with micro managing and diplomacy.
