Little over a year ago myself and will were still white belts and going through very hard times in learning or surviving in bjj. Today i guess we still have some hard times in our Jiu jitsu Journey but we have come a long way. We try and Laugh it out and remember all the dumb stuff we did in our jiu jitsu Class. We also speak about how we both can plateau and realized we needed to focus on the basics . we hope listening to this episode can help the new gym members on their new journey.
