The FTC & COPPA vs YouTubers, the Future of my Channel?
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and YouTube have made a settlement where YouTube is required to develop, implement and maintain a system for channel owners to designate whether their content on the platform is directed to children in order to comply with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In this video I summarize what this all means and what my possible plans for the future are because the channel's future is at this point uncertain.
