4I got kinda' bored so I experimented with replacing the .RCB file (which I presume has information on what walk styles and other animations a particular ped should use) on Vito's character model with the one from a female NPC. Not only did Vito's face look cursed, he ended up looking as if he was practising for the next season of RuPaul's Drag Race. :V
