Gameplay: How the game “feels” or “controls”. This could be control pad layout, difficulty, health, stealth features etc.
Graphics & Sound: How the game “looks” and “sounds”. This could be graphical bugs, attention to detail, ambience and music etc.
Immersion & Impact: How much can you get “lost in the world” and/or the “impact” on your experience such as story, or other memorable components.
