The Hillside Cave Secret/がけのうえの どうくつの ヒミツ
10Bianco Hills: Episode 3 Walkthrough
Make your way over to the cave by the nearside of the lake. Upon entering, Shadow Mario will steal FLUDD, forcing you to complete the secret area without it (as will always be the case the first time). This secret area is reasonably straight forward (albeit a bit stressful without FLUDD).
The only thing of note is that there are two 1-UPs to find. The 1st can be found by ground pounding the first nail on the right. The 2nd can be found floating above the 2nd spinning star just before the Shine Sprite. I don't recommend going for this one, however, because you risk dying in the process of trying to get it.
