6Ricco Harbor: Episode 1 Walkthrough
Go to the far side of the level where the colorful containers are stacked on top of each other. Jump on top of the tentacle sticking out of 1 of the containers and pull it back as far as you can with the 'B' button.
Gooper Blooper will emerge from the containers and your fight with him will begin. Spray his face to clean it and make him smash his tentacles down. Dodge the tentacles, jump on them, & pull them off just like the 1st time (you don't actually have to, but it makes fighting him easier).
With his tentacles removed, run up to his mouth and pull the cork out. After, he'll regrow his tentacles so pull them all off again. Make sure his face is clean again and pull his mouth a 2nd time. With that he will be defeated.
