I think it's fair to link an update to this situation, things have turned for the better, both in quality and in the situation with my account being frozen, you can read about it here:

I do not plan on taking down the video as it serves as a reminder of how things were in the past and is now an example of how customers can push and demand a company to better itself both in service and quality.
So let this just be a record of what use to be E2046 as the present has shown that they have improved my leaps and bounds :)
