The *idea* of Dissociative Identity Disorder
18I don't have DID, and honestly don't even know whether to believe if it really exists, but maybe the *idea* of it is something I could use to help structure my life? Just a quick thought for tonight, I'd promise to elaborate in a longer video later but I have no idea if I'll even be the YouTube version of me long enough to get it done! 🤦♀️
P.S. for randoms who don't know me, I've (so far) only been diagnosed with depression and Schizoid Personality Disorder. I do not have bipolar. I do experience some dissociation but probably not badly enough to be a disorder.
