The Imperial Courier: Elite Dangerous Odyssey
I recently decided to unlock the cutter in Elite Dangerous Odyssey but I discovered something along the way. I really love this ship. Its sleek, its a joy to fly.. and if I am going to do 20 hours of rank grind.. I should at least do it in comfort.

Recently I decided to do something a little different. I decided I needed a title more fitting of my station.. something like duke of the imperial navy..
And as a regal duke I couldnt be found driving around in a ship that just any commoner could buy. No I needed a work of art. Dress for the job you want and all that.
Introducing that work of art, the imperial courier. And ive got to say, I really like this ship.
Traveling from station to station delivering data is sure a funny way to get promoted in the imperial navy, but this ship made it so luxurious, I dont even care.
This ship was the the first designed and built by the Imperial owned Gutamaya shipyards following the mysterious death of Amita Gutamaya in 3006. The empire hiring artists and sculptors throughout the galaxy designed this ship from the ground up making it the first Gutamaya vessel that was fully funded by the empire, and it shows.
Gutamaya allready known for their attention to detail and exquisite craftsmanship. The ship is and still remains a masterpiece of design and engineering, with its flowing lines and graceful curves looks like a work of art in motion.
Initially meant to be manufactured in limited numbers, ship-jackings became so common and demand was so high for these ships that the insurance payouts alone made Emperor Duval order Gutamaya into full scale production.
One of the most striking features of the Imperial Courier is its unique cockpit design. It is situated at the front of the ship and features a large bubble canopy that provides a panoramic view of the surrounding space. It's almost as if you're floating in space, surrounded by the stars.
The ship's interior is just as impressive, with a cockpit that's luxurious and well-designed. The materials used in its construction are of the highest quality, just look at these polished composits.. It feels like every piece is one hand sculpted marble column and it all comes together so gorgeously.
When it comes to performance, the Imperial Courier is truly remarkable. It's one of the fastest ships In the entire galaxy, able to fit the pre-engineered size 3A overcharged engines with a bit of drag tuning its not unheard of to see these crack 900 meters per second. It's interesting to note that the Imperial Courier has a lighter mass than every other ship in the galaxy except for the Sidewinder and the Hauler..
