58If you listen to me ramble long enough about books, which some of you seem to, you'll know I'm an absolute sucker for big epic stories with lots of monsters and cool art.
This book has plenty of that.
I also tend to be quite fond of darker stories, ones where the heroes aren't as heroic as they seem, and the odds are quite stacked against them.
This book will serve you well in that regard also.
Having finished filming, I now realized it reminded me of lazy summer afternoons devouring Moorcock and Glen Cook stories, which is quite high praise in my opinionated opinion.
Plus the whole RPG section in the back as a bonus is super cool. Plus plus the fold out cover with the maps and stuff.
