Before the final fight, you pick up a molotov and a nail bomb. You will have picked up enough resources to craft 2 more nail bombs, 1 more molotov, and then your choice of a 3rd molotov or a health kit. I like to go with the medkit, as there are enough resources to craft another molotov as Ellie later in the act.
