5A few adjustments I've made after my first permadeath attempt.
Overpass 0:00
Look at the military guy to make him shoot the firefly. Jump through the right window to prevent being heard.
Graveyard 2:07
I find it easier to shoot clickers while they are walking towards me. Before throwing the brick to make the clickers gather, walk forward enough to spawn in the final 2 clickers. Let Bill take care of any that survive the bomb. If 2 survive, use the shotgun then let Bill kill the last.
Truck Escape 4:29
Make sure rifle is equipped for the start of Pittsburgh

Don't use a smoke bomb at Liberty Avenue, save it for here. Using 2 in this encounter might be overboard, but it makes me more comfortable.
Escape The City 17:51
Use brick and 1 pistol on the 2 guys that run out. This is less risky and saves 3 or more pistol.

If the molotov doesn't kill all enemies, use revolver/brick.
