Base 3 is protected by the Qsiti Ludope, and as you can have guessed by the rather large number of Mages outside and inside of the Base, the boss also loves using Mystic Arts, and he has a dangerous selection, including Palsy Skein, Wildfire, Bewitch and Maledict, he also has access to an art called Galaxy which deals damage to all of your units. The good thing is that you can mostly send all of your units on him without too much fear since outside of his ultimate attack, he can't hit more than one union. Do try to take him out quickly when he's at low health, because the combination of Miracle and Galaxy can really hurt you.
Also, his Mage helpers can actually heal each other, and can call for reinforcements so make you to wipe them out quickly.
