In part three of this Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past SNES playthrough, in what is the first instance of it in the Zelda canon (or maybe not the actual story canon but at least it was the first game in real time in which it was mentioned), we claim the Master Sword while Zelda is simultaneously kidnapped. We give chase to the castle and have a showdown with Aghanim after seeing him transport Zelda to the dark world which subsequently sends us to the dark world, as well. Once there I explore a bit, meet a new friend in Kiki, and take down the first of the seven dark world dungeons to rescue the first of seven princesses and collect the first of seven crystals. Seven!
