I played through the first quest of this hack a while back and it was great. I recently discovered that there was a second quest due to an awesome commenter on my first quest video so I had to give it a try. Kudos to gzip for making this awesome hack!

Here are some highlights:

44 minutes, 30 seconds - My controller died here. I wish the Xbox Series controller had a low battery indicator on it.

2 hours, 11 minutes - Watch how the water on the minimap changes when you use the recorder. That's fun.

2 hours, 11 minutes, 35 seconds - Cool double bomb drop here.

2 hours, 46 minutes - I never found the solution to the Lost Hills maze in the first quest so I tried to brute force it here. Somehow I still failed.

3 hours, 7 minutes - This particular staircase is glitched and freezes your game. Even though I usually play on an emulator, I always do everything I can to avoid using any emulator tools such as save states or rewind. In this case though, I used the rewind feature in order to get myself out of the glitch and prevent me from having to redo hours of work due to no fault of my own. Fortunately this staircase is not required to complete the game.

3 hours, 8 minutes, 30 seconds - I tried this glitched staircase one more time just to make sure nothing changed. I had to use the rewind feature again to get out of the glitch but this is the last time I will use it in this playthrough.

3 hours, 21 minutes, 30 seconds - I never found a way to get this key without having to return to this dungeon after getting the ladder from a future dungeon. Either I missed something or perhaps that glitched staircase was supposed to take you to the other side of the water and then there's a one-way walk-through wall? Not sure, but the key was never needed.

3 hours, 25 minutes - Nice double Dodongo kill here.

So far the second quest of this hack is lots of fun. In the next part I'll tackle dungeon 5 and see what awaits ahead.
