Originally released in 1993 for the Gameboy then rereleased for the Gameboy Colour with "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX" in 1998, "The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening" is the first Zelda game released on a handheld console.
Playing very similar to the original Legend of Zelda and "A Link to the Past", "Link's Awakening" takes place on the mysterious Koholint Island where he learns that to leave he must wake up the Wind Fish by collecting the 8 Siren Instruments. What does all of this mean?
