Here’s Part 2. What I can say is that this dungeon is long but at least I have fun with it.
We do collect the remaining Stray Fairies and take on Gyorg. It’s my first attempt in battling Gyorg so if I do a bit awful, that’s my fault because this version made it a bit more challenging.
Gyorg likes to hide underwater and you can use arrows to strike him or go underwater as Zora Link and electro-dash it. Once you do enough damage, its eye will be exposed so attack it with all you have. After dealing enough damage, it’ll be on the move again so you need to repeat. Eventually he’ll cause the top platform to go under forcing you to be underwater for the rest of the fight.
This is the hard part since you need to force it to swallow mines in order to damage it. Once it swallows one, then you can deal damage to it. Use the electric barrier to destroy the small fish so you can get some hearts back. Once he’s at a good position, strike a mine so you can have it swallow the mine. It’ll reveal its eye and then you can finish it off.
Beating it will get you Gyorg’s Remains, a full Heart Container and the restoration of Great Bay. But you need to return the Stray fairies to the Fairy Fountain. With the Hookshot, hook onto some palm trees until you reach a spot where there’s a dead end. Use the Blast Mask to reveal a hidden passage. Enter it to reach the Fairy Fountain. Once the Great Fairy is returned to normal, you’ll get double defense. Useful if you want to survive more.
Next episode will have us do some more questing before we venture to Ikana. I apologize if I did lousy on the boss fight.
