Part 34
The Gerudo Training Ground is a completely optional mini-dungeon. Upon completion, however, you do obtain the Ice Arrows. But you probably won't end up using them much, if at all, through the rest of the game.
Several rooms make up this dungeon, most of which have a certain objective to complete. These objectives range from defeating some enemies within a certain time limit, to collecting Silver Rupees within a time limit, and so forth.
There's actually a slightly easier method of doing this, where you only need seven keys. But you kind of have to know where to go and what to do, and so forth. Shown here is probably just the regular, more time-consuming method.
