I got really much damage with the battle with dark Link. But this time it actually doesn't really matter to me. I mean, dark Link is your shadow and knows all your moves. In other words, it just actually fits getting really much damage. Kinda epic to me. Oh yeah and I changed my weapon to the master sword to make the fight more fair, so I have the same weapon as Dark Link and again so it looks more epic.
Some strategies I think that will work:
-If you're using the master sword, do not L-target and if you do don't try to stab him. He will jump on your sword and counter. Instead of using L-target just swing your sword randomly and don't use the spin attack. That won't work. I did it to make it look a little more epic.
-I think you could also hit him with the megaton hammer. I never tried it.
-Use Biggoron's sword. More powerful and it makes it probably easier.
-Use fairies.
Sorry if this isn't usefull, but this is all I know.
