The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages (GBC - Switch)
6Playing A Link to the Past, and waiting for Echoes of Wisdom, put me in a top-down Zelda mood. Oracle of Ages is my favorite of the classic GB Zelda's so I'll begin playing it!
I intend to continue the story into Oracle of Seasons, too, and I'll perhaps even pretend Link's Awakening is the threequel too, who knows, maybe.
Anyway, in this game, Link (the Hero of Hyrule), is enlisted by the Triforce itself to help the distant land of Labrynna, which is just about to be struck by a bad case of "villain of the day": The evil witch Veran intends to use the power of the Oracle of Ages in order to travel to the past as provoke as much sorrow as she can. So it's up to Link to stop her and save the day!
Compared to Oracle of Seasons, Ages has a greater focus on puzzle solving and complex mechanics- some people find it a bit too difficult, but the start of the game is pretty simple. This video covers the very beginning, including the first dungeon.
As usual, the software belongs to its owners, I only record my gameplay for my own enjoyment.
