The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons [Linked] - Part 3 - A Subterranean World
After beating the first dungeon, we are of course going to search for the next dungeon. The tradition from Link's Awakening and Oracle of Ages has learned us that we always get a hint on where to look next after exiting the previous dungeon. This time around it was a bit vague though. The Maku Tree did not tell us any real location where the dungeon should be. Just that we need to look for the sacred Temple of Seasons which has disappeared from Holodrum. How is it still possible to find it...?
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons is one of the two parts that make up the 'Oracle games' within the Zelda series. It was produced alongside The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and they were released at the same time. There is even a special link and password system that can connect the two games to find exclusive secrets in both games and even connect the stories of the two games into one. There is even a special secret ending if you manage to complete both games with this linking system. A unique and very original concept that makes both of these games worth going through. For my Let's Play I'll be playing The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages first without linking, and when completed use its link to play The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons to create the link in the story. In the Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons Link is being sent by the Triforce to Holodrum. There he finds the dancer Din, who turns out to be the Oracle of Seasons, the controller of nature! Then Onox, general of darkness, reveals herself and imprisons Din, sinking the Temple of Seasons into the mysterious land of Subrosia at the same time, making the seasons of Holodrum fall into chaos. Link then will use the powers of nature as he battles through nine different dungeons along his quest to defeat Onox. Link needs to find a way to change the seasons on his way to saving the land of Holodrum, and rescue Din, the Oracle of Seasons.
