65Episode 12: The second tablet
Boss: Demon Lord Ghirahim
In the first phase, Ghirahim will try to catch your sword. To hit him, you need to slash him in the opposite direction of where his hand is. If he does catch it, shake your wiimote to break free (I'm not sure, but I think you can also break free by just swinging up). If you don't break free, Ghirahim steals your sword and throws it at you. (Like I demonstrated... really, I let him steal it on purpose) You can get your sword back after he threw it at you.
After a while, Ghirahim equips a sword. Having a shield in this phase might come in handy, since every attack can be blocked with a shield-bash. When having enough distance between Ghirahim and you, he may summon floating projectiles, which he will shoot at you. You can deflect them back by shield-bashing them or by sword slashing them. Ghirahim also has an attack where he charges at you and performs a sword slash. To avoid this, you can try to counter him by performing a sword slash yourself before he gets the chance to. If you have a shield, you can also use a shield-bash to stagger him, which also gives you a chance to slash him a few times. Shield-bashing is the easiest option. Ghirahim may also disappear and teleport behind you and attack. You can either dodge or counterattack.
If you take too much damage in this battle, there are pots against the wall containing hearts.
