Hey, guys! The debut season of the new Netflix Original adventure series The Letter for the King was very exciting, but also very short, with just six episodes. And, in light of the current worldwide coronavirus pandemic, many viewers have already binged on the entire first season and want to know the fate of the second. While Netflix is yet to renew The Letter for the King for Season 2, there are a few signs that indicate that the teen fantasy will return next year. Based on the same name classic 1962 Dutch novel, Season 1 has not covered all the material from the book. In fact, despite what some fans have thought of as a mission complete, when Tiuri manages to deliver the eponymous letter to the king, - it is not where the book ends at all. In the original novel by Tonke Dragt, Tiuri embarks on an equally dangerous journey back home. Also, the first season ended with a major cliffhanger, suggesting that despite being defeated by Lavinia, Prince Viridian used his dark magic powers to stay alive.
